Pros

Only pro is the number of employees that really believe in providing the best service to the clients.

Cons

I do not know where to begin. Employees are not listened to. Employees take management and their long list of concerns to HR and nothing comes from it. Employees share the toxicity of the workplace, nothing comes from it. Management at no point takes the best interest of the employees into consideration. It's a terrible place to work and every employee I know is currently looking for another job. COVID is the only reason employees haven't been leaving by the handful, month after month.

Pros

Great co-workers, benefits and competitive salary.

Cons

Poor management and extremely questionable decision making from the top. From a customer standpoint, there is a limited team in both implementation and technical support. Everyone is overworked and cannot efficient take care of the most important thing - SwipeClock's clients. Random price increases, then price decreases only a few weeks later - this along with random product name changes only confuses/irritates prospects and clients. This falls on the shoulders of sales to fix and save. From an employee standpoint, you will deal with the poor management and weak decision making EVERY DAY. Sales team meetings turn into ego-stroking time for management and a consistent spew of toxicity. Commissions are a joke. You are promised an OTE, but rarely will you make commission with how unhappy clients are and the month-to-month platform allows them to leave ASAP.

Pros

great workplace environment, good tools, software, laptop etc.

Cons

Leadership doesn't listen to customer and employee input. Private Equity ownership is in to make quick money without concern for either.
