Pros
Flexibility to work from home three days a week. Management is generally accommodating when you need to work remotely for personal errands.
Cons
There is extreme micromanagement from the leadership team; even after more than a year in the role, management often does not trust employees to handle simple tasks independently. Frequent shifts in direction make it difficult to complete projects. Initiatives are often stopped halfway, experiments are changed after only weeks, and there’s rarely enough time to gather meaningful insights—this is repeatedly justified as part of the “start-up culture.” Although the company aims to build a start-up, its people are not treated as a priority, which affects morale and long-term commitment.
