      Some people was brought to leadership positions not because of merit or experience, example, the recent Triage GM. There is many incompetent people in management and sometimes it feels like we are working for an amateur company. Bad decisions are made regularly by these persons and the impact is becoming very visible. In fact, several opportunities was already lost because of poor decisions and management don't even know about some of them. Other people are always trying to compensate and pick up the slack, but only so much we can do.
