Closed and insincere culture. Prides themselves on being direct but in practice it is quite the opposite. Management had no idea what they were doing and could not have constructive conversations with staff.

As hard as the company likes to portray themselves as a credible company, the leadership team as can be seen on the company's about page lacks experience. Many are there merely due to being connected to the founders. This combination of inexperience and 'executive' level overconfidence are responsible for poor decision making, constantly changing priorities, a lack of resourcing and generally poor execution. The company is operating on a skeleton crew, made worse by a high attrition rate. Despite the crypto market improving, the company isn't expanding. They are just rehiring for some of the people they've lost.
