      Good place most of the time

      Pros

      The work culture used to be pretty great. The end of the year perks around Christmas have always been my favorite. Birthdays and holidays always acknowledged. The work itself is easy but tedious and often time consuming. They don't make you feel bad for using your vacation time.

      Cons

      Management tends to have a bit of favouritism. Men are taken more seriously than women. Certain long tenured people can get away with anything without any reprecussions. Bad behaviors are often excused.

      Great kids, lots of materials. I rarely ever have to come up with specific lessons for kids.

      Cons

      Not enough hours! It's enought for a good side gig, if you could get more than 5 hours a week.
