Pros

Flexible working arrangements are currently in place, though there have been ongoing discussions about increasing office presence as the business grows. Colleagues are generally supportive and willing to help one another. A lot of the day-to-day resilience of the organisation comes from employees supporting each other, as they no longer have hopes from leadership knowing broader structural challenges.

Cons

If you're seriously considering joining this company, don't just skim the negative reviews, read them carefully and reflect on the recurring themes. This is not the kind of company you leave a stable and healthy job for without carrying out thorough due diligence. The company culture is relentlessly numbers-driven. As long as targets are met, little else seems to matter. This is also a company where instability has become the norm. Teams are restructured so frequently that people regularly wake up to new reporting lines or managers, with little continuity or clear ownership of work. Leadership direction shifts constantly, with strategies introduced and then abandoned before they are fully implemented. Accountability becomes unclear when priorities change repeatedly and structures do not remain stable long enough for ownership to settle. At the same time, redundancies continue and roles are not always backfilled, leaving remaining employees to absorb increasing workloads under ongoing uncertainty. Colleagues sometimes leave suddenly without formal communication or farewell, with departures only noticed after the fact. This lack of visibility around people movements contributes to a sense of instability and low transparency. Over time, morale drops significantly and absolute soul-draining. Effort is rarely recognised, job security feels fragile, and employee engagement declines. Many stop being proactive not due to lack of ambition, but because there is little belief that additional effort will be acknowledged or make a difference. In the end, it becomes a place where people stop believing things will improve, and simply endure it until they can leave.

Pros

- Opportunity to work with the latest and modern technology stack, including real-world AI solutions and projects. - Flexible remote/work-from-home options are available for certain roles and teams. - Team members are technically strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and collaborative. - The HR team is professional and supportive; however, their ability to address certain concerns appears to be limited by leadership decisions.

Cons

- Poor work-life balance, with longer working hours and frequent weekend work expected. - Concerns about workload or working hours are often met with pressure, including threats of layoffs or being pushed to resign. - Leadership and managers frequently demotivate employees, even when they are working hard and delivering results. - Ground-level employees are often approached with urgency, with little regard for their workload or capacity. - Employees who put in their heart and soul rarely receive recognition or appreciation. - There appears to be a lot of internal politics at the leadership level. - Overall, the leadership team comes across as unprofessional and overly controlling, with a tendency to pressure employees.
