      Pros

      -Free lunch and company transport to and from 2 MRT stations -Friendly colleagues -Many staff welfare activities and engagement sessions with management

      Cons

      -Each department has its own culture and working style so your 'happiness' really depends on which one you get into -Some managers are not really aware of what their subordinates are doing and how high their workload is due to lack of close mentoring -Some depts are not suitable for gen-y workers -Bonus has typically been less than 3 months in the past few years -Company is trying to project a certain image but culture is contrived, shallow and superficial

      Pros

      1. Free lunch and transport 2. Diversity seems to be good in Flavours but not so much in S&C, where everyone seems to come from the stone age.

      Cons

      1. Slow paced. People just raking in the cash and doing nothing. Some bosses have been in the organisation for decades... 2. No progression whatsoever. Lack of transparency in terms of progression, and pay scale. 3. Throwing the word AI and analytics around but not really fully understanding it. 4. Too much focus on perfumers and FDMs as stars of the company and the 5 figure salaries that accompany it. Have yet to see very outstanding products in the last 5 years.

      I guess the subject matter is somewhat interesting. Some nice colleagues around.

      Cons

      Boss dumps their own work to subordinates and focuses on non-core activities with the excuse of "giving more exposure". Career progression unclear.
