Pros

- Flexi timings - Being a tiny Indian branch of almost 30 employees, you will get to interact with every one and know each by name - Young, slow and friendly working atmosphere - Fun activities each month, which can get boring with lack of creative ideas and place to organize them - Commute to work could be convenient, since it's located at Malad, opposite to main work centers such as Andheri - Employee engagement with programmes such as Mentor Mentee - Timely salary

Cons

Ah, this list is going to be long. Well here goes! - the most basic con, less attractive CTC package. As mentioned in the title, CTC offered to freshers and individuals early in their career get competitive packages. People with experience are given mediocre raises, all because of the reduced take home monthly salary. That's the next con. If you're an experienced professional, don't forget to negotiate hard, i mean really hard. People have been duped and surprised when they saw their salary amount credit at the end of the month. - Horrible salary structure. Mostly everything you've proven yourself for, the skills you possess, get reduced to a huge variable component. It eats into your salary as if you're left with peanuts to fend yourself. Unthinkable, unseen, mindless components have been added - bonus for each release, sales of the company, individual performance. - Biannual review cycle. Completely pointless due to the awful structure. Though a hike would be decent, there's nothing to cause a cheer, when your take home doesn't increase as per your expectation. - Zero tax saving benefits. Nobody would be there to help you to save your tax. Don't expect any tax advice. Expect for further deductions on an already reduced salary. - A weak HR with no powers, does not fulfil the HR responsibilities of having an opinion for anything. Lack the spine to help employee with a better package, due to which the attrition in the firm has been high lately. - Outdated technology, boring looking products, lacks any potential to gain a firm customer base in India, because of which it impacts the annual sales and eventually your salary - Old timers as product owner of a strong product, Compleo. It is an one man army, who takes care of the entire core development, with other developers present to accessorize the software. - Name sake awards and recognition, completely biased year on year. - Because of all the above reasons, there wouldn't ever be a time and place to be motivated to perform

Awful place to work

Pros

Some of the people are nice but that's about it.

Cons

The CEO is a complete jerk. Absolutely zero experience in managing people or process. It's basically do as he says (regardless of whether or not it makes sense) or you are out. He expects EVERYONE to be an expert on the solution offering. Going to work every day is nothing but a drag. Can't wait to find something else. And oh btw...very high turnover. Wonder why? But then again CEO could care less that there is a high turnover.

I am sorry that you are not happy in your role and would encourage you to communicate your concerns directly with HR so that we may best address them.

Pros

At the time I had joined in, there was still a Boston office. They had recently hired a new manager and the sales team was great. The Sales and Marketing Manager was helpful and always willing to help everybody. The Sales Team was great to work with as well.

Cons

The CEO / President. Bernard Aldebert. They hire someone with an expertise just to tell them what he wants them to do. In other words, do exactly what he says (doesn't matter if doesn't make sense) just do it; now, if this doesn't work out, you will be held accountable for it as well. So working here you are in a "Knife against the wall" situation. You do what he wants you to do, if it doesn't work out, you are responsible; you don't really have any other option because stating your case won't help you either.
