- No smart working; - Only interns in my office; - The boss in my office was not competent in 3D stuffs or videogames programming, and we didn't have a true lead artist; - The company continue to hire only internships; - I quit because the boss told me I was too old to be a tranee (I started with an internship contract, renewed once for another 6 months); - The work was always confusing and undefined throughout my time in the company.
