Synchro is a fairly small company with a dynamic team of highly innovative skilled people located mostly in three locations - UK (London/Birmingham), Boston (Cambridge), and San Francisco (Berkeley). the software - known as "4D" or "4D BIM" - is amazing, it is going to literally change the construction industry in multiple markets, many of our clients are world class construction contractors, designers, and owners, looking for improvement, needing support. working in our offices is never boring, never "corporate", always engaging.
Cons
This is a small company, and everyone who works here needs to be proactive, flexible, and have a strong sense of teamwork. if you want to be a 'specialist' that does the same thing every day then this is not the company for you.

Pros
Everyone is good at what they do, really easy to learn and get help from coworkers, no micromanagement.
Cons
None so far, I've interned in a couple of companies before, and this has been my best experience.
