Pros
Supported by supervisors 100%, remote position, although that is not for everybody, although it is remote, Sync does a great job of keeping us all in the loop all day long with utilizing the Google platform with chats/groups etc. Feels like we are socializing in real time! Co workers are so talented and have led some amazing training topics.
Cons
As soon as we merged into a Thriveworks company the benefits started to stink. PTO went down 4.something hours per pay period and the insurance is barely covering anything.

The team is very supportive. Fast paced growing and learning. Flexible schedule. 100% remote.
Cons
There a lot of changes and growth on our team. The record system in over simplified in some ways and over complicated in others.
