      They were all smiles during the interview but their true colors turned out to be much darker

      Cons

      I regret working there due to the toxic work environment and underpayment. The company's culture and compensation practices made it an unsustainable and unhealthy work experience.

      Not much to say about this.

      Cons

      HR is not your friend. You will not grow with the creative director there, not a mentor. Expect calls at 11pm because of disorganization. People are disposable here, they do not see the value in someone's work. Don't expect promotion, benefits or a raise.
