Pros

No micromanagement in my department; the team is friendly and the work environment is professional. Paychecks are issued on time in most cases. Employee benefits are good. Concerns are addressed promptly by management. Strong work–life balance.

Cons

Workplace amenities could be improved. No other major concerns, as the overall experience has been positive for me.

Pros

Salary was on time, though less than the industry standard

Cons

Humongous expectations with multiple area workload. Like you won't be allowed to complete one task while another is dumped on you. Too much interference and micro-management Works for the HEALTH industry but will cause you serious mental health issues, so BEWARE!! The boss decides and ridicules if you don't meet the said target and no adherence to quality checks...just produce crap! No future business goals, no planning or forecast So it is an absolute NO!!
