Great product but Lack of Leadership skills from the top management

The team is collaborative and have the willingness to help whatever they can to get things done.

Cons

They had a silent mass lay-off after hiring massively. Leadership team keeps assuring the people that the balance sheet is good and not to worry about macro economic condition but then they blind-sided everyone on this lay off.
