Pros
This place taught me what I DONT WANT IN LIFE
Cons
People are leaving faster than they can hire, so expect a brief handover if your predecessor is still even here when you arrive. Is all self learning here so don't expect too much support. Processes here are tedious and insane. Information is EVERYWHERE literally everywhere, is in a folder of a subfolder with 2000 different versions and nobody really knows which is the most updated one. There are 2 types of people here, those that work for over 10 years and are never gonna leave or you have the newcomers that can't stay past 2 years, so imagine the displacement of views and values. Their pay structure is a joke and when progression is a comedy show - very Asian culture where you need to "prove your worthy" by adding more workload and responsibilities and work for 20 years to prove loyalty in order to get the miserable promotion or significant pay increment. Some (most) people work like crazy (long insane hours and crazy workload) then you have people who are NOT working, masters of arts in ninja and taichi. People here observe everything and they talk about everyone so fun culture lol. People who can work, you'll be rewarded by MORE WORK. People who cant work, don't worry, they will reassign your work to people who can work so best practice is to just act stupid and fly under the radar. For a company that has been around for so long, they function like a 1995 work process flow.
