Pros
Very organized and focused company. Given good direction and training compared to most. The company historically had a great culture, the original owners were highly respected and the management team was made up of great leadership. The company sold and many have left, with that said it is still a great place to work and develop a career.
Cons
Management typically shuns suggestions or improvements most of the time, While they publicly state they value suggestions and improvements, in practice they mostly want their employees to "Keep your head down, and do your job" and that's a quote.

-Great leadership in the Quality Control team -Good environment and atmosphere; welcoming coworkers and staff -Large variety of tasks and responsibilities -Reasonable team members who do not take critique or corrections personally when quality control is trying to fix/ work on customer's equipment
Cons
-Fairly physically taxing work -Consistent time constraints on jobs, can sometimes feel rushed -Some overtime required, but not unreasonable amounts
