Pros

Nice co-workers, casual attire, quiet atmosphere, small company, lots of parking available, kitchen, cafeteria downstairs

Cons

They have rules for EVERYTHING, the rules differ for everyone, manager tries to get others' passwords while another one is more respectful, some can listen to music / headphones while others cannot.

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance is high for family - but that's just about everywhere these days, nice friendly co-workers, and the work days fly by as its quite busy in the call center.

Cons

Turnover rate is ridiculous One supervisor lacks compassion and lacks management skills Ten minute breaks are too short Company has rules that are only enforced on some employees Stress level can be high due to the type of calls we receive and having to watch our talk times adds more stress Only five paid holidays per year

Pros

The pay pay was good for overtime and holidays

Cons

The managers were extremely clique like and messy. The hours were stupid on. The regular pay was not enough for the amount of stress that the job caused, nor did the pay balance out the fact that you are getting cussed out just about the whole day everyday.
