Pros
Good company culture. Leadership cares about families and work-life balance.
Cons
Very hands off from leadership which many would view as a pro, however, it really stunted growth opportunities for the business (but I dont think anyone really cares). It is also not the place to go if you are looking to grow in your career. If you are 100% satisfied with being in the same role for 10 years (and not to say that's a bad thing for many), this is a great place. Leadership seems content in letting it be (good/bad or ugly), but there are many that are ok and complacent with sitting back and collecting a paycheck without contributing or caring about the success or growth of the business.

Pros
I worked with SystemwarePS to find a new position after 11 years at my old company. They were very helpful in getting me in shape for my search, for interviews and follow ups. They seemed to know more about my mindset than I did at the time! They were very flexible in meeting times and listened to the feedback from me and the companies with which I interviewed. I would definitely work with them again.
Cons
None that I remember. Met several staff members and all are very professional.
