Great benefits (best insurance policies, profit sharing, bonuses, etc), nice people, relaxed environment and flexible work schedule.
Cons
Promotions are rare as T3 is a small company but good performance is reflected on annual salary raises and cash bonuses.

Cons
No career path or coaching. Same type of work forever. No resource planning. Overload staff. Lack of respect to staff. No work/life balance. Unprofessional upper management. Negative and snappy. It's a dead-end job.
