Pros
It’s a paycheck and the company will work with you as much as possible. Nothing else really. Pretty terrible ran company.
Cons
Impossible deadlines, Low pay, constant issues, extremely poor management, unskilled workers being asked to do skilled jobs, maintenance doesn’t maintain just rigs broken equipment until it breaks again,the list goes on. I have witnessed numerous employees on their phones with work in front of them and a manager say they weren’t going to tell them to get off the phone because those employees are already under immense pressure from the company. Gee I wonder why that is.
