      Stable paycheck, nothing else, really.

      Cons

      Everything horribe you can think of, such as: Nepotism, Old & stubborn management, Incompetent leadership. Department cares about their own margin instead of working together. Serious tech debt for decades. Close to none promoting opportunity, A lot of people work for years are still junior.
