      The view is beautiful, the students are kind

      Cons

      The ethics of the administration are the worst I have ever seen in my life. Mobbing and bullying seem to be encouraged by the top administration and preached at staff meetings. Your job is threatened constantly and the pay is below the legal minimum however creative accounting is used to obtain permits. Same sex relationships are NOT tolerated and you must sign a document agreeing to this school of thought (it is not worded so boldly).

      Good community, highly motivated students, beautiful campus

      Cons

      The board does not prioritize teachers' well being. They rather continue building luxury facilities than give teachers a raise or improve their working conditions. They demand a lot and do not give enough. I left because of the decline in benefits.
