      Great team and learning opportunities, but high stress levels

      Pros

      I have had the ability to work with some truly amazing people. Some of which I am proud to call mentors. These people are professionals with an innovative, collaborative, and client first focused mentality. This made daily learning feel effortless. I gained a ton of hands-on exposure to audit work, improved my technical skills, and learned to perform under pressure. Being in a client facing consulting position is it important to always be improving and learning and working here as provided that. It can be intense at times but there is a strong sense of camaraderie which helps with the stress and daily grind.

      Cons

      As mentioned above can be fast paced which increases stresss.

      Pros

      Decent pay and some colleagues are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Use older systems to track workflow so not very efficient. There is not a defined process to track jobs and communication between departments is lacking so things fall through the cracks. Management looks out for themselves first so you have to be very careful about pointing problems out.
