      Pros

      Compensation and benefits fair Good workplace culture. Management is open and available and reasonable. Time off is standard for industry. Professional development and growth opportunities (cross-training). Company host employee engagement activities.

      Pros

      Remote work, not terrible PTO, and people are nice

      Cons

      Unless you have experience in say QA, management, etc. you wont move up, they wont value you or promote you. the pay is terrible, and even when your done your work they give you more for not more money.
