Pros
Pay is solid. The problems are interesting, the kind you actually want to dig into. The scale is real, and the tech is reasonably current. There's no shortage of challenging work.
Cons
The work environment is toxic. The chief architect has called colleagues morons in open meetings, yelled at people in front of the group, and gets his way by throwing fits when challenged. Leadership sees this and does nothing.
