      Pros

      I love the way how Tech IS uses the Japanese "KAIZEN" Business Philosophy to innovate ideologies and move forward. The principle of "User First" wherein the company puts its customer first is a solid approach towards success. In Techis, All teams are working strenuously to help the company reach its pinnacle.

      Cons

      TechIS supports US Clients, and prospective employees may have to work in different shifts. It is not particularly a drawback for me, but some people might find difficulty in adapting to the late-night shifts.

      Micro management, We can't even go fill the bottle of water without their permission (lead). By this you will know it's very toxic.
