IT’S A CULT. TEKsystems expect your whole life to revolve around work, lots of gossip/backstabbing/bullying involved if you don’t try to be in the “circle”. Leadership wants to know everything about your personal life, only to use it against you when the need arises . Poor management in general. Promotion depends on who your mentor is. If you’re not under a high achiever/leader, you’ll tend to not be in the “favourites list” and deals will be harder to come by. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was working as an employee of teksystems for Deloitte hyderabad. When im trying to withdraw my provident fund im unable to do so because its needed to be consolidated The pf account needs to be moved from teksystems to deloitte , for which i have sent multiple emails, multiple postal letters, and have even gone to thier Hyderabad office and waited for hours to get it resolved. Still they haven’t taken any action. Its been soo many years already. Its a traumatic and sad experience for me. All my hard earned money is stuck and I can’t take it out at time of my emergency . The only option left for me is file a police complaint against this company
