      Pros

      - Great place for staring your career and gaining work experience - Easy to move around the company and get different work experience - Great people, lots of fun events (cookouts, Christmas party ect) people

      Cons

      - Low pay, hard to get significant increase even with promotions. - If you are good, expect to be overloaded with work. - Micromanagement

      Great work environment, the people are great

      Cons

      Will overwork you, they do not know how to manage their accounts. If you're good at something they will keep asking you to do more and saying no looks bad but it gets to the point where you will have 100 or so emails just in an hour

      Casual attire, bonus opportunities, nice rec room.

      Cons

      High turnover, new Vice President who doesn't have an accurate grasp of his employees roles and responsibilities, have to submit an essay to an "anonymous" board of non-employees in order to receive an increase in your salary. Low morale from sales department - overworked and underpaid.
