Pros

Decent starting salary, (just don't ever expect to get a raise, even when your job responsibilities multiply). I met some very good co-workers who have become lifelong friends.

Cons

They cannot manage their finances, and have no clue about how to manage people. I cannot believe they have "managed" to stay in business. They do have some really AMAZING nurses and physical therapists who have somehow stayed on staff (they overwork the nurses nearly to death), and these excellent professionals are the soul of the business. (There is a VERY high turn-over rate for nurses and nurse managers/clinical directors.) Other non-clinical staff are largely devalued, unappreciated, and treated like they are brainless, despite having college degrees and years of experience. There is a no organization at all. There is no well-thought out plan. Instead, the "VP's" are scrambling around like headless chickens all the time, trying to throw together something that meets the new "vision" of the week that the CEO literally dreamed about. It is really crazy!!!

Pros

You consistently get paid on time. Great co-workers and patients.

Cons

Disorganized. No communication. Bullying from some management. Mixed messages. If you ask questions, you are disloyal. You will only get a raise when you put in notice to quit. Lipservice.

Pros

It is a locally owned company.

Cons

The THA Group is experiencing a catastrophic employee turnover rate in every level of its organization. Almost entire staff at the executive level changes in few year intervals and they have a chronic shortage of nursing staff as many nurses end up staying only few months. This agency doesn't offer automatic annual pay raises and some employees have stayed in the same salary even after a decade long service. The field clinicians are paid per visit which is problematic when the business is slow (this happen frequently) and many employees are seeing significant variations in their pay checks. Most alarming thing is how this disorganization is affecting patient care delivery.
