Business outlook
Pros
Good retirement benefits which go up with your age (9% automatically for me). Some fun people. Interesting work. Had a lot of PTO for this year.
Cons
Elimination of WFH. It's horrible how they did this. Many people are leaving for only this reason. It affects 4000 employees. Won't always promote based upon specs like years of service. And next year they're getting unlimited PTO, which most people think will cut down on PTO. Or you decide to take what you used to get. High health insurance costs.
