Pros

The pay is decent and they will hire people with no experience. There is, of course, a catch to this though.

Cons

The management is sexist and discriminatory. The CEO creates a hostile work environment which thrives on fear and intimidation. The CEO micromanages and makes everyone miserable. When they do get a good manager, then run them off. Females will go NOWHERE in the company, unless you are related to the CEO. Many of the investigators aren't even licensed.

Not in compliance with state employment laws! Make sure to check with your Dept of Labor on your states labor laws before accepting employment because they withhold pay checks.

Pros

$35.00/hour salary is great. The Manager were wonderful, experienced and pleasant. The owner, Andrews, is the problem. Bounced checks, no pay.

Cons

Andrews will try and rip you off of every check you get. His wife does the payroll. The Managers feel horrible for the Investigators but cannot do anything. I really enjoyed working there but had to quit because he did not want to pay. Had to call his wife for the checks all the time. One time the check bounced. Not worth it.
