TIM Group Response

I am surprised and disappointed to see this review, coming soon after our successful all-company summit, in which one of the themes of our summit was the desirability of employees insisting on taking responsibility. This is an area the management team take very seriously. I would urge you to share your concerns with your manager, or if your manager is the problem, then with me. We do not tolerate bullying at TIM Group - Colin

Pros

I've learned more about positive team dynamics, the role of employees and managers, the art of experimentation, and importance of strong client relationships at TIM Group than at any other company. Senior management encourages a culture in which employees step up and not just make suggestions but take responsibility for seeing them through. I feel empowered to speak up, be controversial if necessary, and make things happen within my team.

Cons

Can be tiring sometimes when everyone is trying to improve performance all the time.
