Pros

Good number of Annual leaves is the only thing.

Cons

Products are lousy and they fail during clients demo. Products are too expensive for APAC region. Customers prefer competitor products. Management does not care about this and no proper guidance.

US team has small company feeling while being part of a large global company. Trips to France twice a year doesn’t hurt.

Cons

Upper management is disrespectful to their employees. They encourage and promote a toxic work environment. Would rather find people to blame for issues than hear out the solutions presented to them.

Close-knit and friendly US team. Travel to France 2x/yr.

Cons

High turnover. Complete disrespect from French management. Sexist managers and no respect for female employees. No opportunity for advancement.
