      Supportive learning environment with mixed inclusivity levels

      Pros

      People are willing to teach and learn. there is a vast pool of knowledge to pull from.

      Cons

      Some groups are more open and inclusive than others. Several people have been there for decades and it can be difficult to be new.

      Average work for Average Pay

      Pros

      TKDA is very consistent, risk adverse, and everyone will get their 4% raise per year. Normal company. Normal pay. Normal benefits. Normal expectations.

      Cons

      Low performers tend to stick around (10+ years) longer than they should. It is easy to get frustrated watching bad employees be given less work and the same annual raise as everyone else. There is no incentive to over-perform or be extraordinary at your job.
