Pros

Helping telecoms service providers improve on their performance and service offerings (lets face it they have always needed help!).

Cons

Distributed workforce - many worked remotely, and communication was very poor. Too much red tape - too many people needed to sign off on everything. Terrible habit of making people redundant every year without offering them another position. Company culture was awful - I can't even put my finger on what it was - too many chiefs and not enough indians probably.

Pros

Great team, people are friendly and want to support and help you

Cons

Where to start, management hasn't got a clue. The CEO (Nick) has no idea whos who and is so focused on his EA and how much money they can make, he's comepletely forgotten what TM Forum is about. It was, "what can we give our members" and now it's "what can we get from them". The SLT changes, pay rises were minimal (4-6%), unless your C Suite, then you get 20%+ increases. No development opportunities, no funding for the bottom staff and the lower members are just ignored and there to be a filler.

Pros

Talented, smart people, remote-first employer

Cons

The culture and morale have declined since recent changes in leadership, it's increasingly high pressure and high turnover, with frequent reorganisations and redundancies. No investment in employee development. Some benefits have been reduced. “Wellbeing days” only offered after intense events that require weekend travel and 12–14 hour workdays.
