      Alcohol and 420 friendly :-)

      No structure upper management is overbearing and micromanages everyone, No room for growth No perks or appreciation, always demanding for you to do more without being compensated, pay increases are rare, No proper training or leadership. Highly stressful environment. No one is held accountable and the managers shows favoritism. Office furniture is 20 years old, desks, chairs, computers, and software all old. They will tell you during the interview it's a great place to work, but you will learn once you get in the door you made the wrong decision!
