      Pros

      Great local team. Great continental exposure. Decent autonomy in Sales and Marketing activities as long as you achieve sales target.

      Cons

      Rigid and convectional structure. You don't face the Japanese culture so much in local office, but have to reflect it when visiting / visited by Headquarters. Pay wise can be better.
