      Friendly environment to work in, little or no politics to deal with in certain departments Employees generally granted ownership of tasks and take the lead on their own Job security - if you are performing well and not violating company policy - there is nothing in particular that could threaten your job because of overall company performance

      Cons

      CEO badly into micro-management No strategic vision or thinking of the top management, company running on a day to day basis and every little issue is escalated to the top management Very Pakistan focused, being a technology company that has met some regional success as well, their approach does not show any interest to go beyond Pakistan borders Employees often face burn-out situations due to work stress, some employees (who are held in good standing by management) are given most of the work to do and end up getting frustrated and leave the company

      Pros

      There's no reason that I could write to work at TPS, it's the worst experience ever in my career.

      Cons

      1. No team bonding. 2. No team activities. 3. Senior management didn't adopt new ideas. 3. Commitments were not fulfilled at the time of confirmation they only give you a "lollipop" that your confirmation is delayed.
