Pros
1.Good culture among the various sites e.g. Taiwan, China. People are generally helpful and polite 2.The various teams (R&D, test, PSP etc) are generally co-operative in working with each other.
Cons
1.Generally people are not very open to changes, especially with way-of-work changes 2.Management are eager to meet the short-term objectives but there is alack of longer-term strategy
