Extreme micro management with someone looking over your shoulder from 8:30 - 5:30 PM.
The words "what are you working on now" is asked every hour like clockwork.
Had to update a log every 15 minutes in regards to what I was working on.
A lot of yelling and scolding from the top down. Very dramatic and, sad to say, has left employees crying.
