      - Great people to work with - Interesting projects - Old management were approachable and openly welcomed views of staff with the aim to try and resolve them

      Cons

      - Last 12 months has seen a lot of long serving executive management leaving due to not sharing the vision of the company - Fast too much focus on shareholder returns leaving staff as secondary thoughts.
