      Giancarlo, the micro management and the mediocrity. They also treat you poorly after a while and scam clients.

      Great work environment Great benefits W-2 Flexible with work hours Bosses take the employees out for lunch and dinner all the time Company is growing at an exponential rate Great future for the company and its employees You learn alot about the real estate industry and most importantly digital marketing and SEO
