      Generally higher pay. Bonus in crypto.

      Cons

      Unreasonable deadlines given to employees. 997 working culture. Management doesnt even understand their own products. Higher entry pay is rendered useless for longer tenure employees as the org structure is very flat and have no chance for lateral movement
