Pros
Friendly Family atmosphere, coworkers are great and can have a lot of fun. Laid back office with ESPN on all day. Owner always has his door open for conversation and loves the interaction with all employees.
Cons
No procedures or true leadership throughout the different departments. Everyone is their own boss for the most part and creates a lot of confusion and extra work. Little to no training and management is stuck in their ways with no plans on changing how they work which is about 10 years where the industry is.
