Newsroom computers (Operating on a Windows system at least 8 years old) and printers outdated which, cause issues with work flow. An expectation of being able to perform the same things as ESPN without the same resources. It's just not possible. Some of those in leadership roles need to be taught better communication tools. Criticism when not communicated constructively can damage morale. Employees feel hesitant to voice their concerns with management as they fear it will be detrimental to their career path. Clear disconnect between senior management and the newsroom.

No one appreciates anything you do. Awful hours including nights, weekends and holidays. No room to advance. Very low pay. A "you should be happy you work here" attitude rather than a "we're happy to have you".
