      Speed to market is leading over quality of customer experience

      Pros

      Online horse race wagering has a lot of interesting challenges and lots of room for creative solutions. There is huge upside to what could be done for the customer in this space.

      Cons

      Speed to market is huge focus and quality of customer experience is suffering. Employee moral is unlikely to hold-up under current pace that is driving lower quality and higher stress.

      Pros

      Great company overall. Growth and future promise is great.

      Cons

      Inexperienced CEO and inability to proactively lead. Middle management suffers because CEO and upper management can't get things done timely due to uneillingness to make decisions. Others are brought in as so called "pros" who bring confusion and chaos whether it's IT or Ops or management.
