Pros

A very open atmosphere. Employees are encouraged to innovate and deliver results and to do more. A small lean team which calls for high degree of involvement from everyone. Which leads to a high potential for growth.

Cons

High pressure that is a key characteristic of all growing companies. Not a place for the weak and not motivated.
