Former Headmaster Quirk single-handedly destroyed faculty moral and changed a climate of trust, warmth and support (under Headmaster Stroud) into a community clouded with skepticism, cold-hearted leadership, and Machiavellian motivations. That he left in disgrace (drunken driving arrest) was fitting karma.
