Bad culture Bad HR and some bad management
Pros
You can wear ear buds. They will do cookouts. 4 microwaves 2 coffee pots free at that . Some people are friendly and some will actually help you learn not everyone is bad. Decent pay if you don't want to dive far. Time off is easy to get. You work inside.
Cons
The culture is bad I mean seriously bad people always B.itching everyone is always attacking each other people cant get alongside there's too much trash talking too much dirty language the manager will only say hi to certain people in the morning and not say hi to anyone else. The pay is messed up they hire new employees at a higher rate and they don't care it has been brought up. They give new employees 2 weeks vacation after 90 days but I was taken others 3 years to get 2 weeks. Everyone knows your pay. Pay is not based on experience nomore it's who you know there. HR lady is biased and clueless and is apparently talking with management about other employees and how to watch them.
