Returned Product Policy can make for 18 hour days. They messed up my W-2 and after electing not to enter their 401k program they signed me up under a wrong SSN. Been a struggle with ADP to get it fixed. Unfair pay as some drivers in North Ohio make $25 an hour while Columbus drivers make $18 Routing is not done by someone in Ohio thus someday the routes make no sense geographically

I had high hopes when I started at this company, especially given the attractive salary. Unfortunately, the compensation is not worth the mental toll it took on me. The CEO operates under the belief that he is always right, refuses to accept no for an answer, and often exploits employees without providing fair compensation or a healthy work/life balance. Describing his management style as micromanagement doesn’t even begin to cover it. The workload is overwhelming, we’re frequently understaffed, and there's a constant fear of being the next one let go to make room for a new hire that he can showcase. Benefits and incentives are stripped away without notice, and many promises made during the hiring process never materialized. I strongly advise against applying for a position here. The stress and lack of support far outweigh any potential benefits.
